During the Redo Loan or Loan account creation, after entering any char into
date field on Review Installments page, then broken date picker shows up
instead of validation message.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab and click on 'Redo Loan disbursal' link.
3. Select any client and select Loan product with Variable installments and
Cash Flow.
4. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields.
5. Click on 'Continue' button.
6. On 'Cash Flow' page, fill all necessary fields and click continue.
7. On 'Review installments' page, try to enter any char into date field.
Expected result:
Validation messages appear.
Actual result:
Broken date picker shows up. See attached screenshot.
