After the change of client group membership, in change log this operation was
record as 'null Name' field changes. It should be recorded as 'Group Name'
field changes.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Select any client without any accounts and group membership.
3. Add group membership to selected client
4. Go to client's change log
Expected result:
'Group Name' field was change.
Actual result:
'null Name' field was change.
