Incremental etl job is not working on my local machine. I've tried to use that
sctipt with default connection configuration (localhost) and also after
defining port number and in both cases I was getting this error:

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/mifos_dw?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8
ERROR 13-07 12:05:10,152 - Check DestinationDB connection Exists - Cannot
connect to database [DestinationDB] (connection [DestinationDB]). Exception :
[org.pentaho.di.core.exception.KettleDatabaseException:
Error occured while trying to connect to the database
Invalid JNDI connection DestinationDB : Unknown database 'mifos_dw'
I'm dropping mifos_dw database before running incremental script.
After script ends with above error, mifos_dw database is created but is empty.
I have access to it using this command: mysql -uUSER -pPASSWORD mifos_dw -h
127.0.0.1 --port=3306
