In a discussion I had with Srinivasa at Nirantra he mentioned the following
Improvement idea:
The Center entity, and Create New Center etc. screens should have a new field
labeled e.g. "Created by" (like the current "Assigned to), a reference to a
Loan Officer. This Field would identify which Loan Officer originally
'founded' the Center (which may not be the same as the one currently assigned
to it). This would be useful as historical data, to build year-end
"performance" reports for Loan Officers.
