Srini, in an older post in the users mailing list Vishwas and I found while
looking into this, Emily pointed out a work around, until we've addressed this:
If you Edit Client status and temporarily put On Hold, then you can actually
edit the DoB of a Client - and then Edit Client status to Active again. Just
thought we'd let you know, as this may be of interest to you until we've
addressed it in the code.
