Description:
There are several messages for which the plural support is not there so they do
not translate properly. There are languages where adding (s) for plural just
does not work.
As an example, here is a message that needs proper plural support:
EXCEEDING_NUMBER_OF_DIGITS_AFTER_DECIMAL_SEPARATOR_FOR_MONEY=Only %s digit(s)
after decimal separator is allowed
In some languages, the plural form that is used will depend on the value of %s.
Whenever numbers are used in running sentences, the plurals need to be
implemented properly in the i18n framework.
