After submitting QG with response which has more than 200 characters, page with
stack trace appears.
REPRO:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Create new client with question groups (QG must have text question).
3. On Client details page click on 'View additional information' link.
4. Click on 'Edit' link.
5. Modify answer for text question -> enter text with 200 characters and add
some 'space' characters before first word in the text.
6. Click on Submit button.
Expected result:
Validation message appears saying that text has more than 200 characters.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
