There is a stack trace in Tomcat log during the generation of the Branch
Progress Report. See attached file.
Moreover, report is not working with past dates. After selecting branch,
entering past date e.g. 25-02-2010 and clicking 'OK' button, nothing is
happening and there is no valdation message.
