Description:
There is the need to update date of birth for members after a member has been
created.
When creating a member in the system, a rough date of birth may be given.
When the MFI applies for insurance for the member and their spouse, then a more
accurate date of birth may need to be captured.
The same is applicable for users and member's family details.
