Actually no... the Workspace Server simply didn't start-up properly and the 
Login page is not there, Jetty actually simply shows that "empty directory 
listing" which I have seen before when the web-fragment.xml can not be found, 
and that's why WebDriver does not find the ID.

Strangely, the WorkspaceServerLauncherTest works in IDE (with M2E, both if all 
projects are open as well as if only the mifos-server-workspace is open and the 
other are binary dependencies), but fails in mvn test CLI - weird.  I'll need 
to attach debugger to mvn CLI to dig into understanding this difference... :-(
