I tested the mifos 2.1.0 on my windows vista machine with Tomcat 7.0 and it
worked fine. But When I tried to install and run the same with the above
configuration it did not get deployed. I tried with Tomcat7.exe command option
it ran. Now every now and then it shows java Perm Gen Space Error. I tried to
increase memory in CATLINA_OPTS to 2048 but still the problem persists.
