getCustomersUnderPersonnel method getCustomersUnderPersonnel is not displaying
Clients in Pending Approval state.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos test server: http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos using these
credentials: Username: mlo Password: m12345
2. Open REST client.
3. Enter the following URL:
http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos/personnel/clients/id-current.json
4. Click 'Send request'.
Expected result:
Mobile Client 7 (which is in Pending Approval state) is not displayed under
Mobile Group 3.
Actual result:
Mobile Client 7 is displayed under Mobile Group 3.
