Remove Client number from REST post methods

Currently, in the REST post methods there is a client number at the end
(http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos/account/savings/deposit/num-000100000000718.json?amount=36&client=0009-000000083).
It would be good to modify post methods, so they take client number from the
loan/savings account and remove the client number from the url.
By doing this, we can avoid errors, when in the url there is a loan/savings
account number and mistakenly entered client number related to another
loan/savings account.
