Task-list doesn't display Center meeting in the first week after creation.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos as Loan Officer (with Admin rights).
2. Create a new Center with first meeting in the same week.
3. Select first meeting date in the task-list.
Actual result:
First meeting is not displayed.
Expected result:
First meeting is properly displayed.
