After adding or editing phone number in Client/Group/Center, incorrect value
('phoneNumberStripped') is displayed in change log.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Open any Client/Group/Center details page.
3. Click on Edit details link.
4. Add phone number or edit the current one if exists.
5. Click on Submit button.
6. Open Change log.
Expected result:
In change log, there is only one row with old and new value of the phone numer.
Actual result:
There are two rows related to phone number and one of them is duplicated and
have value: phoneNumberStripped. See attached screenshot.
