Description:
Currently, it is possible to make deposit/withdrawal on Pending
Approval/Partial application/Closed account via REST API methods 'deposit' and
'withdrawal'.
Also 'repay' method applied for accounts in Pending Approval/Partial
application returns incorrect error "The date must not be null" but should be
