Add account name to GL account code display on product definition screen

When selecting the general ledger account code to assign to a financial
transaction on the product definition page, it's difficult to remember which
code applies to which account. Currently when there are many gl accounts, it's
time-consuming to always look up which code is for which account.
A simple change to improve usability would be to display both GL account code
along with the account name.
For example 5101 would now be 5101-account name.
Account Names and Account Codes are in separate tables but could be displayed
together through a simple join.
