Currently when you send REST operation without defined parameter then Stack
trace appears in Operation Details pop-up window.
Repro:
1. Send REST operation without defined parameter using REST client e.g.
http://localhost:8090/mifos/account/loan/fullrepay/num-000100000000071.json
(missing 'waiveInterest' paramater).
2. On 'View REST Approval List' page check that invalid operation is on the
list with status WAITING.
3. Click on 'Details (Approve/Reject)' link.
Expected result:
It shouldn't be possible to send invalid operation. In the REST claint there
should be a validation message that requierd parameter is not defined.
Actual result:
In Operation details pop-up window stack trace is dispalyed. See attached
screenshot.
