Description:
The disburseLoan method in LoanAccountRESTController should be updated to
accept additional POST parameters (as in the form visible when disbursing a
loan):
- disbursal date
- receipt ID
- receipt date
- disbursal mode of payment (payment ID)
- additional on-disburse fees mode of payment (payment ID)
The receipt ID and receipt date should not be mandatory and should be assigned
default values when not provided.
