Fixed in commit c6ca23486a0e40d20cc73482455466c85a0e5bec.
I added feePaymentTypeId field to AccountFeesDto class, so it is possible to
distinguish fees paid at the time of disbursement from the all fees included in
the response of the getLoanByNumber method.
