Resolution: Fixed
According to
http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/forum/index.php/topic/22732-validate-script-on-parameter-customize-messages/,
custom message after parameters validation is not trivial task. For now, if
entered date isn't meeting day, error message is added to generated pdf instead
of showing to user blank document.
