When you repay Loan using REST Api method with waiveInterest=true option, then
during adjustment in Mifos UI, incorrect amount is displayed.
Repro:
1. Send fullRepay method from REST Api Client.
2. Check that in response body there is incorrect payment amount dispalyed (the
same amount as when waiveInterest=false).
3. Go to repayed account in Mifos and click on Apply adjustment link.
Actual result:
Incorrect adjustment amount is displayed (the same amount as when
waiveInterest=false) but after submitting, the correct amount is adjusted.
