Lukasz Chudy updated MIFOS-5362:
--------------------------------

    Description:
Currently, a lot of users are upgrading Mifos from 2.1.x to 2.2.x and they are
not changing the default servlet container from Tomcat to Jetty. To inform them
that servlet container should be changed, it would be good to add red warning
message on the Login page.
