Currently, when you select "Language Preferred" setting under "Your settings"
then after logout and login it is not saved.
Repro:
1. Open 'Your settings' window.
2. Change "Language Preferred" for example to German.
3. Submit changes.
4. Check that language is changed and then logout.
5. Login again.
6. On homepage, click 'Change language'.
7. Select 'English'.
8. Go to 'Your settings' window.
9. Notice that "Language Preferred" is English instead of German.
10. Click on 'Edit information' link.
11. Leave "Language Preferred" field empty and submit changes.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file with stack trace.
