No 'edit information' button on Preview page while editing Client and Center
details

Currently, there is no 'Edit Client information'/'Edit Center information'
button on Preview page, while editing Client/Center details.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Select any Client or Center.
3. Click Edit Center/Client details button.
4. Modify any paramter and 'Preview' button.
Expected result:
'Edit Client information'/'Edit Center information' button is displayed on
'Preview' page (just like for the Group).
Actual result:
'Edit Client information'/'Edit Center information' button is not displayed on
'Preview' page.
