Unable to edit Loan Product after marking percentage fee as inactive

It is not possible to edit Loan Product with percentage fee after marking this
as inactive. Page with stack trace appears.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Edit any existing Loan Product.
3. Add percentage fee.
4. Submit changes.
5. Edit previously applied percentage fee and mark it as inactive.
6. Try again to edit the same Loan Product.
Expected result:
Loan Product can be edited.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears and it is not possible to edit Loan Product.
