In Enda, the loan application needs different approvers depending on the amount
of loan specified. for example, if the loan amount is USD 1000, only users of
who can approve loans above $1000 will be allowed to approve. For loans between
$1000 to $5000, only a person with supervisor role will be allowed to approve
the loans and so on.
