Currently, if client is created after the date of GLIM Loan creation then it is
not possible to disburse GLIM Loan account beacuse there is an error message:
"Date of transaction is invalid. It can not be prior to last meeting date of
the customer.". This message shouldn't be displayed.
Two validations should be added:
1. During the GLIM Loan account creation, there shouldn't be possbile to add
Client with the creation date greater than actual date of creating GLIM
account. In this case the following message should be displayed:
"You cannot add Client with creation date greater than actual date."
2. While disbursing Loan account there should not be possible to disburse Loan
with creation date greater than actual date of disburing Loan. In this case the
following message should be displayed:
"You cannot disburse Loan with creation date greater than first meeting date."
