If you add any fee after creation of GLIM loan then it is not displayed on
Individual Schedule.
Repro:
1. Create new GLIM Loan account.
2. Add any fee before Loan account disbursal.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Add any fee after disbursal.
5. Check Individual Schedule.
Expected result:
Both fees should be displayed.
Actual result:
Both fees are not displayed.
