For most MFIs, loan repayment means the amounts are applied in the order
Penalty->Fees->Interest->Principal as is the standard in banking solutions.
However a few MFIs have a need to modify this repayment order and hence a need
for the ability to configure this repayment order.
However as discussed on the community, modifying Mifos for this change will
involve quite a few changes.Also the requirement seems to be specific to very
few MFIs.
