When you remove periodic fee from Loan Account after payment has already been
made, then page with stack trace appears.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Create new Loan Account with periodic PERCENTAGE fee.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Apply payment for the first installment (including fee amount).
5. Click 'Remove' link to remove periodic fee.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
Expected result:
Validation message appears: "Removing this fee is currently not supported since
it would require recalculating the loan schedule after payments have been
made.".
