Removed penalty is still calculated in Repay Loan option after adjustment

After adjusting full repay, 'Repay Loan' option still calculates removed
penalty which is wrong.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Select Loan Account with automatic penalties already applied.
3. Repay Loan (check payment amount).
4. Apply adjustment.
5. Remove penalty.
6. Click on 'Repay Loan' link and check payment amount.
Expected result:
Payment amount should not include removed penalty.
Actual result:
Payment amount still includes removed penalty.
