Update the below paragraph to reflect that flat interest method is now also
supported.
The loan product must have a 'declining balance interest rate type' applied
towards it. This can be set by selecting the appropriate Interest Rate Type
under section Interest Rate in the Loan Product information page (explained
above and also shown in the screenshot below).
