Extend import client functionality to be used for existing clients and data
that is stored in question groups. One of our users in Peru has the following
use case. Their field officers will be collecting client information and
surveys out in the field on an offline device like a tablet (to save from
having to transcribe many paper forms). Once they return to the head office,
they would then like to import this information into Mifos.
They will send along requirements of which fields need to be imported in but I
wanted to discuss extending this import tool to work with some of these
question group fields.
