Currently, if try to add Savings Account with Question Group then stack trace
appears (on test server 8085).
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos on http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos.
2. Start creating Savings Account (select client: Client 1:ID 0009-000000083
and product: Salary Savings).
3. Click Continue.
Expected result:
Page with Question Group appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
