After fixing bugs and adding new improvements, functional specifications on
wiki and mifos.org should be updated.
The follwing jira issues should be considered during the update:
1. MIFOS-1707 - FS should detail perf stats, acct summary should behave in
closed--written off and closed--rescheduled scenarios
2. MIFOS-5442 - Add import of database connection parameters from system
variable
3. MIFOS-5434 - First Repayment Date for loans with flat interest type and
without variable installments
4. MIFOS-5371 - First Repayment Date
5. MIFOS-5161 - Allow question groups to be attached to Close Loan/Savings
account workflows
6. MIFOS-5111 - Ability to add/view and edit client photo
7. MIFOS-4424 - Do not allow payment before the last payment date
8. MIFOS-4413 - Ability needed to edit Center Name
9. MIFOS-4368 - Date of Birth of members and users need to be update-able
10. MIFOS-3305 - handling overpayments of remaining loan balance
11. MIFOS-2929 - Make family details for clients optional
12. MIFOS-2548 - when redoing a loan, the payment type is fixed as CASH
13. MIFOS-335 - Savings product definition-- if interest is zero, no need to
define how to calc interest
