Lukasz - you're referring to most of the table of content anchor links at the
top of the pages correct?
Unfortunately this is due to a bug in the FLOSS manuals publishing platform -
I've had it reported and discussing it on mailing list for more than a year now
but gotten no resolution.
The interim solution is to hard-link all the links which I wanted to avoid for
now but it should be done to make the pages usable.
