Creating multiple loans at a time does not shows / collect the attached fees
with the product

When we use multiple Loan Accounts link for bulk loan creation, the fees
attached to loan product is not getting added to the loans.
However if the loans are created individually, the fees get added as expected.
This issue is not present in older versions of Mifos (mifos-2.1.6 and lower)
