Currently, it is not possible to enter full payment amount when loan is in
Arrears and has Declining Balance Interest Recalculation type.
Repro:
1. Create Loan of Declining Balance Interest Recalculation type with amount:
2,000,000 interest rate: 10 % and 1 installment.
2. Set disbursal date e.g. 11 May 2012. The expected payment on 11 June 2012.
3. Approve loan.
4. Disburse loan on 11 May 2012.
5. Login to Mifos 5 Days after expected payment date - 16 June 2012.
6. Notice that Amount due is still the same as on 11 May 2012.
7. Click Apply payment button.
8. Notice that amount is different than amount due and is 2,232,877.
9. Try to apply payment with 2,232,877.
Expected result:
It is possible to apply payment with full amount 2,232,877.
Actual result:
It is not possible to apply payment with full amount 2,232,877. It is only
possible to apply payment with 2,200,000.
Note:
If apply payment with 2,200,000 then Interest amount in Loan Balance column has
negative amount (-32,877).
