When creating the loan account and disbursing the loan account (even on the
same day) there is a small difference in the interest that is computed in the
loan repayment schedule.
Repro:
1. Create a new Loan Account of Declining Balance Interest Recalculation type.
2. Approve loan.
3. Check repayment schedule (see attached screenshot 1).
4. Disburse Loan on planned disbursal date.
5. Check repayment schedule (see attached screensot 2).
Expected result:
Both schedules are the same because disbursal was on the expected date so there
are no changes in repayment schedule.
Actual result:
There are slight discrepancies between schedule before and after disbursal.
