With the support for embedded Pentaho reports in Mifos, we are finally closer
to completely phasing out BIRT standard reports.
Goals: Standardize on Pentaho reporting solution with lightweight embedding
into Mifos
Enable full functionality of Pentaho and Mifos BI without need to maintain two
separate applications
One consistent user experience for MIS and reporting in a single application
Phase out BIRT reports completely but allow for users to still continue using
custome BIRT reports (all standard reports must be on Pentaho)
We want to eliminate the confusion around which reporting tool Mifos uses.
Sub-tasks below outline which BIRT reports need to be re-written.
