Hi Shiva,
Perhaps you can help on this issue. We're busy piloting MIFOS for a new
deployment and have been running on 2.3.2 (Ubuntu) with no problems. We've just
upgraded to 2.3.3 and wanted to test the prorate feature which could be
important for the client, however when setting up the database with
prorate_Rule activated in the base-data.sql we get the following error:
Mifos Database Error
A database error occurred. Correct the error and restart the application.

There are un applied db upgrades: Please apply upgrade DB and restart the server

How best can we upgrade and include these changes in the setup of the database?
This error only occurs when the prorate rule is turned on. With this removed,
the rest of the install works perfectly.
