Doubled disbursal amount in GLIM account while exporting to XML

Currently, if you create and disburse GLIM Loan account, then disbursal amount
is doubled on View accounting exports page and after exporting to XML.
Repro:
1. Create GLIM loan account with 2 clients (every client should have 10,000).
2. Disburse Loan Account.
3. Check amount on GLIM Loan account details page (should be 20,000).
4. Go to Admin tab.
5. Click 'View accounting exports' link.
6. Click on 'Generate Export and View Details' link and check amount.
Expected result:
Amount should be 20,000.
Actual result:
Amount is 40,000.
