Currently, if you paid any charges on Loan Account and then apply full
repayment and adjustment, charges amount is displayed with negative amount.
Repro:
1. Find any disbursed account which doesn't have any payments made.
2. Apply misc fee and misc penalty.
3. Apply payment to repay misc fee and penalty.
4. Apply full repayment.
5. Apply adjustment of full repayment.
Expected result:
Misc fee and penalty have the same (positive) amount as before full repayment.
Actual result:
Misc fee and penalty has negative amount. See attached screenshot.
