Currently, if you made any transfer from savings account to another savings or
to loan account, then transaction is always displayed as 'Withdrawal'.
According to the specification from MIFOS-5456, transaction should be named:
- from savings to savings -> "Debit Transfer"
- from savings to loan -> "Transfer for loan payments"
