No validation when trying to open Pentaho report in Mifos and JNDI is not set

Currently, if try to run Pentaho reports which are included in Mifos and you
didn't set up JNDI first, then page with stack trace appears.
In this case, there should be a validation message that JNDI in Jetty is not
set up.
