Integrated Pentaho in Mifos 2.4.0 are not working under Tomcat.
Repro:
1. Start Mifos 2.4.0 under Tomacat (using Mifos CF war).
2. Go to Reports tab.
3. Click on any report under 'Operational' or 'Management' section.
Expected result:
Report selectors are properly displayed and it is possible to generate a report.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
