Unable to view Accounting Exports from previous days

Currently, it is not possible to view Accounting Exports from previous days.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to Admin tab.
3. Click 'View accounting exports' link.
4. Check the list of Accounting Exports.
Expected result:
The list of Accounting Exports shows 10 days and it is possible to display
previous days by using 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons.
Actual result:
The list of Accounting Exports shows only 10 days and it is possible to display
previous days. 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons are disabled and there is always
only 'Results 1-1 of 1'.
