Description:

Currently, if charges are paid and you apply full repayment, then charges amounts are doubled on Repayment Schedule page.
Repro:
1. Find any disbursed account which doesn't have any payments made.
2. Apply misc fee and misc penalty.
3. Apply payment to repay misc fee and penalty.
4. Apply full repayment.
6. Go to Repayment schedule.
Expected result:
Misc fee and penalty have the same amounts as before full repayment.
Actual result:
Misc fee and penalty have doubled amounts and after adjusting full repayment, charges have also negative amounts. See attached screenshot.
