Description: Add possibility to choose number of rows during creation of new loan product with Calculating new loan amount by last loan amount.

Repro:
# Click on "Define new loan product" link
# Parts Repayment Schedule and Loan Amount have point "Calculate # of Installments as:", choose "By last loan amount"

When choosing this option user has to fill  whole six rows  every row . There is no possibility to increase or reduce number of rows. There could be two default rows with two buttons beside: e.g. "Add row" and "Delete row" to control number of rows. Buttons would be generated next to every new row.
